Hamburger Pie

Today for lunch I made Hamburger Pie. It's a recipe from the Pilsbury Cook Book. I have made it a few times now, I really like it.

The hamburger is the "crust". It has ketchup, mustard, bread crumbs, onion, and garlic. You press that into your pie pan and bake it for 15 minutes. Then you fill it with mashed potatoes, cheese, and tomatoes on top. You can also add green onions and bacon.

Jesse gives it a thumbs up. :) Carson enjoyed this one as well.

I made homemade brownies for desert.... JUST KIDDIN! These are box brownies. :)

  1. Recipe blogs are fun! I should send you a invite to the one i have with a few of my friends.

The other night i made lasagna rolls and for some reason i thought of you the whole time. I guess maybe it is cause it was a little more of a fancy dinner and it had spinach in it. I guess what i am saying is, you are always making yummy fancy food with as much healthy little kicks (like the spinach) it is as you can.

Your porkchops sound delish! We'll have to give them a try!
