1 Tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp of ground ginger
Mix together the ingredients above and rub on 3 to 4 breasts of chicken. Line a baking sheet with foil and bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
3/4 cup of honey BBQ sauce
1 Tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Mix ingredients in a small sauce pan and let heat through. Serve over top of chicken.
I served this chicken with a big green salad and Risotto. I didn't get a picture of it because it disappeared way to quick. :) My 2 1/2 year old ate half of a chicken breast him self. Jesse said this one is a keeper.
